EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
In order to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and respect, our exchange and returns policy complies with the Consumer Protection Code.
Always check the goods upon receipt. Refuse receipt in the following cases:
1) open packaging;
2) defective product;
3) Product does not match the order.
For these cases, we ask that you write the reason for the refusal on the invoice and contact us within 3 business days through one of our service channels.
We reserve the right not to exchange or accept cancellation of purchases when products change color or quality due to clear signs of misuse or damage caused by the use of abrasive products.
The request for return of defective product must be made within 90 (ninety) days after receipt of your order. Returns of products with evidence of misuse will not be accepted.
No freight for the customer within the national territory.
Return for repentance:
The period for withdrawal for repentance, after receipt of the product, is seven (7) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. (Not valid for bespoke products)
The product must be returned without evidence of use, in its original packaging and accompanied by the invoice.
If the above conditions have been met, the amounts paid for the goods will be returned in the form of shopping vouchers in the same amount. (excluding freight amount).
Freight will be the responsibility of the customer.
There are no exchanges of custom made products.
Tailor-made products can be adjusted without additional values, being the freight responsibility of the customer.
Custom product values are not reimbursed.
There are no exchanges of products on sale.
